Scope and acceptance
Every paid engagement requires a written scope describing deliverables, price, responsibilities, assumptions, acceptance criteria, support boundaries, third-party costs, and schedule. A website inquiry or conversation does not create an engagement.
Diagnostic and implementation
The proposed $250 diagnostic is a standalone deliverable. Any implementation is a separate decision and written scope. A diagnostic credit applies only when the accepted implementation proposal expressly includes it.
Results
Willow Tech LLC does not guarantee leads, revenue, savings, search rankings, uninterrupted service, or a specific business result. Measurable acceptance criteria for the delivered work belong in the written scope.
Data and infrastructure
Customer production data and services will use approved external infrastructure. Customers must be authorized to provide any data or system access. Passwords and sensitive payment data should not be sent by ordinary email.
Authority
Automated systems may draft documents and perform approved work, but they do not sign contracts or accept material legal obligations for Willow Tech LLC. Jake remains the authorized owner decision-maker.
